HAPCOA has partnered with the NHTSA - National Highway Transportation Administration to help make available in the Latino community Spanish-language and other public safety materials. In an effort to assist law enforcement or public safety organizations better reach and serve the Latino community, HAPCOA may list resources from other organizations.

Supplies permitting, you may request as many as 5 copies of each publication. To request publications, please complete and send the form below. If you anticipate needing a larger number of publications, we will inform our partnering organizations of your needs. HAPCOA is pleased to help serve the Latino community as an information clearinghouse on issues of public safety.
