Did You know? HAPCOA grant programs are approximately 95% federally-funded. The annual national training conference is made possible through corporate sponsorships and registration fees. All other initiatives rely exclusively on membership support - i.e., annual dues.

Sat Mar 15, 2008 - HAPCOA is pleased to announce its 35th Annual National Training Conference to be held in 2008 at San Diego, California. The Conference, which provides a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities, will open on October 22, 2007 followed by four days of workshops and events and overlapping opportunities for participants to visit an Exhibitor as well as a Career Fair.

Also available is a document Resource Center for each vignette that allows you to download additional information on the solutions featured.

Fri Mar 07, 2008 - Congratulations to U.S. Secret Service Deputy Assistant Director Anthony “Tony” Chapa, Office of Protective Research, for being promoted and reassigned to the position of Assistant Director, Office of Professional Responsibility, effective April 13, 2008.  Tony is the first Hispanic in the history of the Secret Service to reach this high level of management.
