HAPCOA is pleased to announce its 2008 Conference to be held in San Diego, California at the Omni Hotel. The conference, which provides a forum for law enforcement, government and corporate officials to learn about ongoing and emerging issues affecting our communities, will open on September 28th followed by four days of workshops and events and overlapping opportunities for participants to visit an Exhibitor as well as a Career Fair.
